Hi Peter, If you boot with sighted assistance, does Nod come up with a block error? Sometimes this stops JAWS loading until you allow whatever program Nod is stopping. This doesn't happen with Window-Eyes, but I know sometimes JAWS doesn't like it. Since upgrading from NOD32 to the Smart Security package (Esset Smart Security), I find that more often than not JAWS does not load automatically on computer start-up as previously. I have checked that the Options, basics JAWS Start Automatically option is checked. I have posted this to both the Acces Technology and JAWS lists since I am not sure where the problem is. Any suggestions appreciated. Peter Bentley
