[access-uk] Problems receiving some text messages

Hi
For the past few weeks I haven't been able to send or receive text messages
to people in America using the verison phone network, I have two different
phones on two different networks one in France and one in the uk and I am
not getting messages from these two friends, is this a coincidence or what,
I thought my network maybe blocking messages from outside Europe but that
isn't the case as I can receive messages from a friend in South Africa ok,
I have asked my network but they don't know any reason for it. I assume it
must be something to do with the american network. Any thoughts please.
