Hi Catherine.

I'm by no means an expert, but looking at the Source Code, all that =
seems to
be going  on is the declaration of a frameSet, and some basic page =
layout.
The code doesn't seem to actually do anything other than that(I.E) have =
any
content between it. Hopefully one of the HTML gurus such as Tink will be
available to expand further on this (Smile).
