[access-uk] Problem reading emails

Hi all -
Since installing service pack 2, JFW5.1 isn't reading opened email messages,
unless I route the cursors. I've looked at the view menu, and it seems to be
ok, although the view under encoding was for western European ISO rather
than windows but when I checked Western European For Windows, it made no
difference. Also, all the options for text size were unavailable!
I am able to read this message ok as I write it, so the problem seems to be
in the mail boxes!
