I don't disagree, but best to get the serious wetting out of it first!

Regrettably, it is highly likely that the ingress has become contaminated
with salts from plaster or mortar, these will, in time, degrade the tracks
on the circuit boards, and the component connections.

Hi Roger,

There's a good chance it may be beyond economical repair, however, pop it
into the airing cupboard for a day or two. There's a 50/50 chance it may
dry out and recover.

Subject: [access-uk] Printer Problem

Hello

On Thursday we had a terrific down pour of rain and unbeknown to me at the
time my roof leaked over my printer, which is a HP 5520 Photosmart 3 in 1.
Today I discovered it no longer works. I've tested the fuse and that works
fine. Before I throw it away and buy another I wondered if there may be a
reset button somewhere and if anyone knows where.

Many thanks Roger
