Hi Petrina

O dear, I am sorry you have noone to help you.

As Steve says, BT Wifi is an open channel, so it probably accepts your password.

I don't know if BT will do this, but our internet provider, Utility Warehouse, can see my access point and change the password. Is it worth trying their technical support service? They should be able to tell you the name of your access point, then you could try your password again, or ask them to change it to something you can easily remember.

I have never used the BT service, so can't tell you how to access the router yourself.
