[access-uk] Please what is rstp?

I went to the listen live link of a radio station in Ucraine, and internet
explorer informed me that the pagecould not be displayed. However, when I
tried to access this link with Mozilla Firefox, I was informed that Fire fox
could not open the program because the protocol rstp was not associated with
it. Several of my friends have managed to listen ok, but neither myself or my
girlfriend can listen because of thisrstp problem.
