You won't get it from the automated system at all, you will have to call
customer services, and get through to a real person.

Hi Steve - I called Voda, and their automated system took me so far, from
the phone's number, but then said it won't work for Nokia phones, and to
follow the onscreen instructions from the phone, and all the phone asks for
is the PUCK code, so we seem to be stuck!

They may not let you do it at all, unless you are authorised to access her
account. I couldn't retrieve the PUK code for someone else. But you will
certainly need the phone number, at the very least.

is tied to the SIM, not the phone.

Probably a long shot here, but an aging relative of mine is still using an
old Nokia phone which I believe is the 5210 [about 6 year old now] and she's
locked herself out of it; the screen is asking her to enter a PUK code, and
she's no idea what this is, so does anybody here know about these old phones
and PUK codes?
