[access-uk] PROBLEM WITH SAMSUNG LAPTOP AND JAWS

Running JAWS 15 with a Samsung I7 laptop and 8GB RAM.
Have just reset to factory defaults, and still find JAWS struggles if you've
got lots of things open, or it's doing anything involving the slightest use
of processor.
I know one other person having similar difficulties on a Samsung laptop, and
wondered
1. Is anyone else having these difficulties running JAWS either with a
Samsung or any other laptop; and
2. Does anyone have suggestions as to the likely cause an way forward?
S & S suggested disabling one of the graphics cards, but this hasn't made
any difference.
