Thanks, I'll take a look, but I don't like the idea of letting Plusnet off
the hook - although life is sometimes just too short, isn't it!!

Hi, You should be able to find out what speeds you are getting from the http
interface of your modem, plus lots of other info. If you have one of the
Voyagers, it's certainly there in the advanced options somewhere.
