Hi, I've had a ticket open for something else and stated I found it a nightmare to navigate the new site, so I've just added a comment that he's leading on this. Actually, there's no accessibility statement. In my view, there's actually lttle wrong with the bits of the site I use apart from the lack of consistency in using different elements. You have some things starting with a graphic, others with a heading, others with a list, and the wording isn't always what you'd expect. I do like it still on the whole, I just think they could make things a lot easier to find! Written by techies who I think are better at making their services work than helping users find their way around them! Still, I've just got a new modem out of them and that was sorted very quickly! I've gone in pretty hard on them, not least because this isn't the first time I've had problems - although I really like lots about Plusnet. I wonder if it's possible for you to link in with Oliver? I sent my e-mail to reception@xxxxxxxx And you can mark it for the person "Oliver" who seems to be on the case (has JAWS on his machine at home) and is writing a report to pass on to Ian Wilde. The CEO is someone called Neil Laycock. I've just asked them for an accessibility commitment at this stage. Actually it's still mainly accessible, but badly organised. If you've got specific issues, feel free to raise them here, or put them on list as there seem to be quite a few plusnet users! Maybe we should start a forum or list on Plus! ----- Original Message ----- From: "Richard Godfrey-McKay" <richard@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Saturday, October 25, 2008 11:09 PM Subject: [access-uk] PLUSNET - NEW SITE Hi, I'm talking to Plusnet about some probs I've had accessing certain parts of their new site.
