Hi Mike I only have one account, so I'm not sure multiple accounts is the problem. I'm a cynic in that I believe Microsoft wants us to keep upgrading Office to fill its purse, so starts making the experience of using older versions a little more cumbersome. We are now on 2010, and doubtless there will be something lined up for later in the year, so that puts 2003 way behind and probably unsupported now. I can live with it as it only happens to me occasionally, just when I want to reply or do something with an Email, then everything goes dead! I have several email accounts going into Outlook, I wonder does it go through a process of which account to send from? I have a default account, but could this be effecting the freezing/hanging effect? I shall try removing some of the accounts over the weekend... busy cramming at moment <smiles> Regards, Mike ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
