Cheers, George. I knew you'd know, or know where to go to find out!

George and Sharon:

Sharon, This is probably your problem.

Outlook Version 10, now what does that equal. Sounds too as though you
have an OEM version.

George, if you're reading: What do you think and what's Outlook 10
likely to be equivalent to?

Hi Carol,

I do have outlook version 10.

I purchased my machine from Dell, who installed all the software,
including my office xp, with outlook.

Thanks.

Sharon,

I'm surprised there's only one lot of scripts there because various of
us needed slightly amended versions.

Please check your version of Outlook (Alt+H, then A for
About) so that we're sure we have the right version.

Also, I'm glad your date is OK, reading AM and PM correctly
as well, I trust. That's the other reason why I think you
may have scripts which don't work properly for your machine.
Incidentally, do you have OEM software - software that was put on by the
company from whom you bought it may well be OEM? I have an OEM copy of
Outlook which is 2002 but does not behave quite as the other version of
2002. It's very annoying, I can tell you.

Anyway, I'll see what I can do tomorrow.

Carol,

I am using outlook 10, my date and time are all set
correctly,. I am not using anything else to download appointments from.
=20

I downloaded the scripts from the T and T site, from the download
section. There was only one lot of outlook scripts there.

Look forward to hearing from you, and many thanks.

OK, Sharon. I'll need to look at this tomorrow if I can and get back to
you. Are you using OUtlook with anything else, for example a PacNote,
where you're converting the files.

Check for me that your date and time are set correctly in
the computer.

Oh, I had a problem similar to this when I loaded the wrong scripts.
Which ones did you choose? Which version is your Outlook? (Remember, I
said to check this before getting scripts.)

I look forward to hearing from you and will try to come back tomorrow.

Carol,
=20
I've loaded the scripts and installed them. I've gone into day/week
view and played around a bit, but for some reason now todays date is
incorrect, it's reading Saturday 14 October, and when I right arrow
through the days everything is now 2 days out, and the time is reading
pm instead of am. For example, I have an appointment at 9 am on Tuesday,
and it is reading 9 pm. =20 What have I done wrong. =20 Sharon=20
