[access-uk] Outlook Express menu problem

For some reason, whenever I try to access the menus in Outllok Express, as soon
as I right arrow through File and Edit, the menu closes and I am returned to my
In-Box. Using the JAWS Cursor only File and Edit are showing as available. Any
ideas what's happened?
