HI,

Does this happen with both plain text and HTML formats?

Do you have any additional adding enabled or other programs that run with
Outlook such as Dragon, etc.  I used to have exactly this problem with
Dragon and JARTE even when I wasn't using Dragon until I upgraded to the
last version of JARTE and the problem went away.
