No, you can't do that in Outlook at all. If you want to add someone to
contacts, press your Applications key and then down to Add To Contacts.
No messages will be automatically added in Outlook. They will be added to
your history, so that auto reply works, but not your contacts.

If I crate a new message to a person not in my list of contacts Outlook will
automatically create an entry. However if I simply reply to a post, such as
a friend sent me a post telling me his new email address which I replied to
using the Reply function acknowledging I had received it but later when I
tried to post to him I found it was not in my contacts list. I recall that
with the old WLM I used up to Win7 there was a box that needed a tick if you
wanted to save the contact details of both reply and new address. I just
cannot find this box. Can someone help me please.
