[access-uk] Order Tracking

You'll love this one even if it is off topic. I have just ordered a new
telephone from Argos. A few minutes ago I received a post saying it's been
despatched and how to track the order through Royal Mail. If I'd opted for
recorded delivery I'd only be able to track it after it had been delivered. So
if it goes missing in the post I'd not be able to do anything about it until it
turned up. For some strange reason the Post Office are wondering why so many
companies are switching to private courier firms.
