Hi Mandy and Douglas
I have just phoned onetel Technical support and spoken to Mike I told him
about the problem in detail
This was dial up support
They have flatly refused to do anything there end
The suggested solution is I register for a yahoo account big deal have they
tried with there eyes closed
The other solution is I Sshall have to open a free yahoo email account and
run a seperate email account just for my yahoo groups mail
otherwise I will not be able to use yahoo at all
So now I have to wait weeks for sighted help before I can get sorted I
wonder if the other Isps will follow them are starting a trend he left me on
hold and consulted someone and came back all appologies with there answers
I s there a free yahoo email service I have not heard of one
I must admitt I used to be with Force9 and a similar thing happend I had to
get a big foot account
So don' hold your breath on there promised solution it will be interesting
to see what answer you get from them
He said to try subscribing again first I feel I have wasted enough time at
this keyboard this week on that one
