Hi Mandy and Douglas I have just phoned onetel Technical support and spoken to Mike I told him about the problem in detail This was dial up support They have flatly refused to do anything there end The suggested solution is I register for a yahoo account big deal have they tried with there eyes closed The other solution is I Sshall have to open a free yahoo email account and run a seperate email account just for my yahoo groups mail otherwise I will not be able to use yahoo at all So now I have to wait weeks for sighted help before I can get sorted I wonder if the other Isps will follow them are starting a trend he left me on hold and consulted someone and came back all appologies with there answers I s there a free yahoo email service I have not heard of one I must admitt I used to be with Force9 and a similar thing happend I had to get a big foot account So don' hold your breath on there promised solution it will be interesting to see what answer you get from them He said to try subscribing again first I feel I have wasted enough time at this keyboard this week on that one Margaritat --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free.
