Hello Barry,

It will depend on your flatbed scanner's driver options.
Typically, it would be ALT S or you may be able to simply TAB to
a "Stop Scanning" button or something similarly named. Have a
look at my OmniPage 14 tutorial on my Website at:

HTH,
John.

Subject: [access-uk] Omnipage14 stop scanning during auto-scan

Hi all

I know that a quick method of scanning with Omnipage is
control+1 on the keyboard. However, when I have it set to
automatic scan, continuous scanning that is, I don't know the
short cut to stop this scanning. I think it is something like
control +s, but that doesn't work.

Any help is much appreciated

Barry
