Well Andy, have you been asked to take 'minutes' of the meeting?  In that case 
it would be the minutes of the meeting.

Otherwise, its a record, or summary or maybe a report of the meeting.  Don't 
think I have a thesorous onboard here, otherwise I could give you chapter and 
verse.
