go to view menu (alt v) cursor right on current view, cursor down to "group
messages by conversation" and uncheck it, job done.

On my Netbook I have Windows XP and the latest version of JFW. Over the last
couple of days, some of my in-coming messages are saying Collapsed. I don't
know why this has suddenly started to happen.
