[access-uk] Numbering

Hi List 

 

I have list of folders with the year as title.  For some reason they do not
list in number order.  

 

Could anyone tell me how to amend this.  Is there a list view key stroke?  

 

I am using windows 7 and Office 2010 with Jaws 17.
