Hi Jim, it depends what the message is asking you to do. By the sound of it
it's asking you to activate, remove one of your add-ons or something along
these lines. Once you are focused on the IE message try to gather what the
message says using the tab key or the virtual cursor and do what is
required. Sorry I can't be more specific because I don't know what the
message actually says.

HTH,
Amro

Subject: [access-uk] Notification area question.

Hi List,

I keep getting an irritating message when I go into IE, it says "the
notification area needs your attention, press alt and the letter n to access
this area". When I go into the notification area using the suggested keys, I
get something about add on's and a remind me later button and cancel. My
question is how can I turn this off permenatley? as hitting remind me later
just brings the message back after a day or two. Hope someone can give me
some idea how to stop this message coming back.
Jim
