Could I echo the blood pressure part of it which I particularly need to
monitor, so anything accessible from a Smartphone perspective would really
be helpful.

Many thanks.

Kind regards,

Subject: [access-uk] Nokia health equipment

Morning everyone :-)

I have a quick question for all of you who manage your health with your
smart phone. This is an area I am getting into as I need to keep a close eye
on my bodyweight, BMI and other health factors. I have been looking at the
Nokia range of accessories as sold by Apple and wonder if these work well
for you all. They have three, a body weight and cardio scale, blood pressure
Monitor and a forehead thermometer. Each of these is supported by the Nokia
health app which I understand has to be downloaded in order to set these
accessories up. If any of you haveexperience of these accessories or can
recommend any alternatives which are easy to set up and use, I will be most
grateful. Thank you.
