No, I don't. Only the one on the Nokia site, which is not particularly
accessible. I also don't have a 5500, as I don't like them, but that's a
personal thing.

After grabbing what was said to be the Nokia 5500 manual from that site and
link they appear not to be what they say lol;
It does not give the 5500 layout or instructions to progress on with
learning talks, wonder if you have any 5500 instructions or manual lying
around you could kindly send to me off list?

It is the 5500, not the 9500. That manual won't help.
Go to http://www.nuance.com/talks/downloads.asp, and from there, select your
phone model, and you can download the documentation.
