Hello Lu,

Yes, I tried all of this but it does not work using NVDA.

However, I have now installed a demo of JAWS and it works fine with this.

Thanks.
John.

Hi John,

Works for me on Chrome & FF with NVDA & JAWS 18. Have you tried pressing the
TAB key after you select the screen reader option? Should jump to the confirm
button. HTH.

Regards,
LU

Subject: [access-uk] New Tesco Access Site Problems - Any Ideas?

Hello All,

I'm using Win8.1, Google Chrome and NVDA.

I just found it necessary to re-register for the altered Tesco Access site
but have found it impossible to do this time.

There are instructions on how to proceed if you go to:

tesco.co.uk/access

But aftre selecting "Screenreader" from the drop down combobox, NVDA can
locate no "Confirm" button and you are stuck.

I justrang Tesco Technical Help and they took it to experts above them but
none of them have any suggestions as to how this can be remedied.

Has anyone else been able to get past this point and, if so, how?

~Thanks.
John.
