Hi Christopher Thanks forthe advice. You're right aboutRecord Now being a different program before - I had it too when it belonged to others and it was accessible. Sonic took it over and it became inaccessible for a while. It definitely says Roxio Record Now in the menus - it's possible that a new version has been licenced to Dell. The good thing is that it has again become fairly accessible. My main problem is that I HAve used Nero for quite a while now and am used to it. Also with the retail version I can burn up to 4 DVD/cds at once for my business. I don't think this limited Edition version of Roxio does that. I may well stick with Roxio as it has burned one or two things successfully, but I would like to get Nero 7 working too if I can. Is it perhaps the case that the two programs clash, or is it just the bits that deal with rewritable disks? Regards.
