Hi Dean, What I would do here, is to uninstall System Access from your PC completely. Remove the System Access folder in c:\program files, remove it in c:\documents and settings\user name\application data, if it exists, then go to http://www.satogo.com , log in and reinstall. Also, maybe before doing that, send your error to support@xxxxxxxxxxx, they usually come back very quickly.
