Hi Dean,
What I would do here, is to uninstall System Access from your PC completely.
Remove the System Access folder in c:\program files, remove it in
c:\documents and settings\user name\application data, if it exists, then go
to http://www.satogo.com , log in and reinstall.
Also, maybe before doing that, send your error to support@xxxxxxxxxxx, they
usually come back very quickly.

Hi,
I'm posting here hoping a System Access user can help. I can't seem
to install my Neo Speech voices. I also can't find the Dectalk UK
voices but that's fine as I prefer the US ones anyway. I reinstalled
a while back but I have repaired to try and get the voices back but
haven't managed it. The error is below, it is long!
