[access-uk] NVDA 2012.3 Sluggish in Thunderbird and Firefox

Hello list.
I have had to roll-back to NVDA 2012.2.1 because in Thunderbird when
typing an email, and in Firefox when typing into a multi-line text
window, typing is incredibly sluggish and can't keep up with me.
This has been completely solved by re-installing 2012.2.1.
Anyone else having similar problems?
