As I don't use NVDA myself so don't know much about it, I wonder if anyone
can help me out. Yesterday, I was trying to help someone order something
from Amazon who uses NVDA. We found the item he wanted and pressed the add
to basket button, whereupon absolutely nothing happened. The page didn't
change to the check out page and just stayed sitting on the add to basket
button so he couldn't go any further with his order. I tried it on my
machine with both Jaws and Window-Eyes and both of them moved on to the
check out page without a problem.
Is there something the person needs to do to get NVDA to navigate to the
next web page in the process or is there something in NVDA which needs to be
set up which he doesn't know about. I'm completely lost on this one because
I've never seen it happen before.
If anyone could suggest anything to help, I'd really appreciate it and I can
pass it on to my friend so he can buy what he wants without a problem.
