Thank you all for what you said your e-mails on this thread.I believe now that the problem is solved, because I followed the procedure from my wife's computer to change the format of e-mails and I did receive the confirmation e-mail and reply to it, therefore, my wife should not be receiving any more messages in the more up-to-date format.
