Damon, my n82 used to do that, it was a massive pain, but since I updated the firmware, it doesn't seem to do it so much anymore. Cheers Alex From: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Damon Rose Sent: 01 April 2011 11:27 To: access-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: [access-uk] My Nokia phone Hi. My Nokia N82 now has lost the ability to store and keep time. When I switch it off and on again, it reverts back to 1 o'clock in the morning on some date in 2008. I'm guessing this has something to do with batteries or capacitors or something. But if it's a software setting, and you know what it is, can you pass on ideas to me please? I'm also assuming it's not worth getting it fixed now is it. I've already had it fixed at the nokia centre twice. .Damon Damon Rose Senior Content Producer Ouch! website and talk show BBC Vision Learning Tel: 020 8752 4427 (x0224427) email: damon.rose@xxxxxxxxx Twitter: @damonrose bbc.co.uk/ouch is home of the Ouch!
