Three still sell them, whether they are surplus stock or just very popular 
is anyone's guess but you can get them on pay and go for £99.99.

There is the Nokia E5 which is qwerty and not touch screen.  ~Do not know
though about Sat Nav.  Don't use it.  There is another screen reader called
Mobile Speak.
