Hi Jackie.Well, all I can say is that I was lucky enough to get one that had reasonably accessible software. I can access the controls using the jaws cursor and a little graphic labeling, and the most important controls have keyboard shortcuts assigned. If you weren't able to access the interface at all, it might have been the 160G, 156G or E169 dongles from Hauwei that Three used to provide. As far as I'm aware, the ZTE modem they're currently supplying is accessible, but I haven't tried it myself.
