Control shift b brings up the address book, which is slightly
different from
Contacts.

Try control and number 3, not F3.

Recently someone asked me how to reach Contacts when in Microsoft
Outlook. I looked it up but thought I should check it out first.

The answer should be control-f3 but using Window-eyes with Windows 8
and Office 2010 doesn't open Contacts for me. Any ideas?
