Hello Janet,
I suspect this is because you will have page one on the left of your screen and
page two on the right. I know it is possible to navigate to the right hand
side, but have forgotten how to do that.
When I get such a document, if it is not going to be sent out again, I go into
the “view” options and set the document to view it as a web page. This works
for me.
I guess that if it was to be sent out again, then you could save it as a docx
document before you send it out.Janet
