[access-uk] Memory Stick Problem

I have a memory stick that will not register when plugged in either to a player 
or to the PC. I’m not bothered about the stick as it’s now quite old being a 
USB 2.0 and 8 GB but I’m concerned about what may be on it. I can’t remember 
and at the moment have no access to the contents. Does anyone have any advice 
for me please.
