Try Settings> Touch Id & Passcode. The option to enable calling with Siri

Hi all,
I use to be able to make phone-calls through Siri without unlocking the
Iphone screen. Now, when I try, Siri is asking me to unlock the screen
first. I am using the latest IOS. I could not locate the settings for this.
Can anyone assist please?
