As always, you are a star. I can now contact them and let them know there
is a problem with the site. It certainly used to end in biz rather than
co.uk, so perhaps they have made a change which customers don't know about,
so going to the site from favourites fails.

I suspect they may have a web site problem in so much as I
can reach the following URL for them, and can also reach
some of the links on that page, but when I try their "Home"
link, it fails. However, there are a couple of phone
numbers you could try.
By the way, it appears to be a .co.uk address as opposed to
a dot biz.
