Hi, Really hope someone can help with this. We have a 37" toshiba Regza TV and have a Virgin HD TV service. the TV itself has AD built in but when using Virgin we use the feature in the virgin HD box. All was working fine however this weekend I have watched, or at last tried to watch 2 programmes which should have had AD on them (Dr. Who and Ashes to Ashes) however although we had it on the London Feed of BBC1 (channel 851) no AD was coming through. We have chaekcedchecked the virgin HD box settings and it is set to play AD when available. so don't know what's going on here..anyone experienced this before and if so what steps did you take to resolve it? Only thing we can think of is we recently played around with settings for the remote so that we could control the TV volume through the virgin remote, no idea why this would interfere with AD services but it's the only thing we have tinkered with. As i say anyone got any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thankfully I have just watched Dr. Who via the Iplayer but that's besides the point!! cheers, Phil] --- Phil Stephenson phil@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx 07841 714931 www.twitter.com/stepphil Skype = philstephenson ** To leave the list, click on the immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=unsubscribe] ** If this link doesn't work then send a message to: ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx ** and in the Subject line type ** unsubscribe ** For other list commands such as vacation mode, click on the ** immediately-following link:- ** [mailto:access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx?subject=faq] ** or send a message, to ** access-uk-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the Subject:- faq
