I don't know of such a microphone, but what is your budget? You might be better
off having a look at USB microphones or purchasing an audio interface to
connect an XLR type microphone.
3.5 MM in and of itself isn't a bad jack and you might find that you get
perfectly serviceable results on it for podcasting. However, more often than
not (especially on laptops and the like), on-board 3.5 MM is so close to the
other circuitry of the computer that lots of unwanted electrical noise gets
into the audio stream. The best microphone in the world won't solve this
problem.
