Hi Peter,

Tried those without success, sorry.

Hi Dave,
there is indeed such a hotkey combo. Its used in contacts and
appointments etc and does much the same thing as links list view within
internet explorer. For instance within a contacts details, you don't
have to tab all the way through home phone, business phone, mobile
phone, address, birthday, bosses birthday etc. You just arrow down this
list of options and hit enter on the one you wish to gain focus on. The
hotkey, I believe is either alt, control, shift, plus the letter M. Or
alt, control, shift, plus the letter V. I'm pretty sure its one or the
other. If neither, I hope I can jog someone's memory because I don't
think I'm too far off. At any rate, if no-one comes up trumps, you can
get the proper answer from mailto:support@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

        Subject: [access-uk] List form fields

        Hi List,

I have already posted this on the JAWS UK list with no response,
so
        hopefully more luck here.

I would like to know if there is or if not, it is possible, to
list form
        fields/controls in applications such as:

Outlook, where I would like to quickly list all the
fields/controls of a
contacts info, in the address book.

Excel, where I have to tab through loads of controls when I wish
to
        format the spreadsheet for instance.

SAP, using SAP is a bit of a nightmare, as all the
fields/controls have
to be tabbed through, and there are loads of them.

Basically wherever there are fields/controls to be tabbed
through, I
would like to be able to quickly list and select them, as I can
in
internet explorer using Insert+F5 or Access using
Control+Shift+L

If it is possible, it would seriously reduce the wear and tear
on the
Tab key, not to mention the repetitive strain on my left index
finger!

        Cheers

        Regards
