Donna,

From the size of the file you've downloaded, it sounds like you have the right
programme. Remember you have to use your own screen reader to navigate the
screen and open a book; then you can press Ctrl + R to start reading with the
built-in voices, or Ctrl+ I for some other information. The webpage you got the
downnload from has some links to further help pages with more keystrokes you
can use.

Subject: [access-uk] Kindle for pc with plug in

Hi

Does anyone on list use the kindle for pc with accessibility plug in? After
doing lots of searching I tried to download this, and although I downloaded
what seemed to be the right file, I think about 250 mb in size, whenever Iâve
tried to install it, it just looks like Iâve got the ordinary kindle for pc
program, so I canât download or read books. Any help from anyone would be
hugely appreciated as Iâd like to be able to access my kindle books again.

Many thanks.

Donna
