Yes it has been discounted for a while. I purchased it for £19.99 a month ago
so the Brexit exchange rate is probably beginning to bite a little.
As I understand it this discounted rate is a result of a deal between Google
and the NFB though I have no reference for this.
It will be interesting if Apple will follow suit with a similar subsidy.
