Hi darren, thanks but have tried this without success. Have written to both Thomson and Thomas cook but still await a reply, such a pity when much else of their content is accessible, thanks for taking the time to search and respond! However have just noticed that I need java enabled to access some aspects/elements of the search fields, so how do I find out if I have java enabled? I looked in my list of programmes and yes it is there but unresponsive,i.e. when I click on configure java nothing happens! so I looked in Internet options/advanced settings but could not find it there either, any thoughts how I find out if it is already running or how I can enable it? Thanks so much!
