When you run IE, press Ctrl + h for Help, and select "About IE" - that
will confirm version.

Hello,
Can someone help please???
I am mentoring with two identical Dell laptop computers, both running
JFW 9 and IE 8 I think.
When one of them is on IE, all it reads while trying to down arrow is-
"open parent document". Any suggestions?
