[access-uk] JAWS 12 Help

Hi,
I'm having difficulty reading help topics in JAWS 12.
When I open a book in the tree view, and locate the topic I want to read, I
press enter, then f6. However, nothing loads into the HTML buffer and the
arrow keys do nothing. When I press f6 I'm returned to the tree view.
I'm running JAWS 12 on an HP Pavilion DV9000 series running Windows Vista.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
