Thanks, I have no idea what the problem is either, but like you say, Jaws
just hangs, and has to be restarted for no apparent reason.
I can be just playing music, moving through tracks or basically anything to
do with itunes. I was using itunes earlier today for about 1.5 hours, and
jaws hung 3 times, for no reason I could tell anyway.

Hi Sharon - can't really help, but identify similarities here, using JFW9
and a demo of 11. I think Itunes can be a bit flakey, it sometimes locks up
for me if I've been working withh it for a while, and like you say,
sometimes causes JAWS to hang too -

Wonder if someone can help me. Every time I use itunes as a music player my
jaws program crashes. I have to restart jaws and then get a message saying
jaws application has stopped working.
I'm using jaws 11 and the latest itunes.
