I would recommend that you call Apple. You might have a faulty device.

Subject: [access-uk] Issues with Touch-ID on new iPhone SE
Hi All,
I wonder if anyone else has had the same issue or can offer any advice?
I got a new iPhone SE a few months ago and all was working fine. A couple
of weeks ago however it started not recognising my fingerprint for the touch
ID. I've deleted the old fingerprint and setup a new one but still it's not
working. I've been using touch-id for a number of years previously on my
iPhone 7 and as I say it was working on this new SE however it isn't now and
it's really frustrating.
As far as I can tell the screen is clean and there's nothing different about
my finger I'm using, anyone got any ideas?
With thanks,
Sarah
