Hi

I have purchased train tickets and the rail companies will
post the tickets to you for a small fee.

Regards

Adrien

Subject: [access-uk] Is there an alternative to self-service
ticket machines for collecting rail tickets booked online?

I have only used online purchasing of rail tickets when I
have been
travelling with a sighted person and we were able to collect
these from the
self-service machine at the departure station.

Is there a way to get around this when I am travelling
alone.
If I have assistance booked will the person assisting me be
able to help me
with the machine?

When I have travelled alone previously I have not pre-booked
but just bought
my tickets at the station ticket office and that is not so
inconvenient.
Just means getting to the station quite early in case there
is a long queue.
This will be a journey into London on South West Trains.
